a month agoRoom. It’s not the worst it’s not the best. The room is large so it’s suitable if you have kids. The cleanliness is decent. The outlets are bad, only 2/6 in the room is working. That has to be fix. Restaurant. I’m sorry but the restaurant upstairs is not the best. The coffee price is 11-14 but the taste is a 9. The foods are about 20-60. The pastry is not recommended. All are old, stale, and not tasty. Wasted 20 for one. The buffet downstairs isn’t that grand, it’s more like bland to me. Not the worst though. Overall, it’s okay. The location isn’t that lively. Not much restaurant or cafe. The mega mall is quite empty. I’ll give the hotel around 6/10.

4 months agolove it for being here. the rooms are spacious, clean and luxury.also can afford big family. the environment so healthy,the staffs very friendly. many choices of pool,kids enjoy it! the foods also tasty and varieties. great value to your money i promise!

a month agoRooms: ⭐⭐⭐ A bit dated, but generally clean and functional. Great for short stays. Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Staff went above and beyond; friendly and efficient. Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Near to city attractions, plus good accessibility. Verdict: Worth it for the service and prime spot.

a month agothe room is spacious with wide sliding door which u can openwide. The bed is comfortable, TV with variety channel. Thumbs up to the kitchen crew for the quality of food serve.. i went there during Ramadhan for buka puasa and seriously the food, satisfying👍🏼. Friendly staffs and highly recommended

3 months agoRamadan buffet is not so good. The clock is not yet 8.30pm but the staff is already clean & remove table cover. Like forcing the customer to leave the hall. The foods table also be cleared early, no food refill. After maghrib prayer, we cannot continue enjoying the food. Not worth it!
