a month agoCame here with my mum and my friend for a wedding nearby. Booked 2 separate dates as we decided to come a day earlier (last minute decision). The first booking was made since mid last year and the second date was made a week earlier. When we reached the hotel, they mentioned that they could only find my latest booking. Told them I already paid for both and the app showed a confirmed booking. Had to call Agoda customer service to get it resolved. Took hours to do so. The front lobby looked depressed and dated. Once we reached our room, that depressed look seemed to continue into it too. You can feel the springs on the bed, blankets are super thin, pillows too. No toiletries given (toothbrush, face towel, shower cap etc), the toilet cover is falling apart, the floor feels like it wasn’t swept in weeks with questionable items on it, I could go on with for weeks with the sad state of this place. I stayed at a budget hotel that is 3 times better than this place. Don’t get me started with their breakfast. I’d rather order from food delivery app. Never coming back.

a month ago2nd time here. Pool was huge and fun for kids. Room was spacious but a bit dirty. There were used tissue & leftover mineral bottle drink in the fridge. No towel but once we call the customer service, they sent right away to our room. No shower gel in the bottle. Luckily, we bring our own shower gel. Breakfast was great, too many choices of food.

in the last weekThe room is okay and muslim friendly. They give sejadah, quran, and qiblat directions for muslim customer to pray. No hair dryer, but they give iron in every room. The facilities that they promoin their website are mostly available except for badminton. (We brought out racket :") . Swimming pool is really great. Breakfast biasa biasa je. Recommended la juga

2 months agoMy room was ample but furniture quite old with classic smell. Water pressure was good. Breakfast buffet was nice. The pool area was spacious and had few slides Unbeatable price

4 weeks agoGet a deluxe room with breakfast for 2 adult for only RM148. What a steal for a 3 star hotel. Upon entering the hotel, there was no bellboy, need to carry all you bag by yourself to room. The hotel have a lot of potential as the location situated at the beachfront, but the building a bit run down. Room was average but clean. Staff need to check the condition of the pillow. I found 1 of my pillow full of mould the next day when I want to tidy up the bed. I was horrified. You maybe already need to throw away the pillow. Coming on school holiday, as expected there’s a lot of people at the pool. Can see at the bottom of the pool full with grass. My kids refuse to play at the swimming pool as there are too many people inside. On the bright side, the breakfast buffet was great! A good variety for Malaysian. Nasi minyak was delicious.
