2 weeks agoI went to Kiki Lala section asking for another size for my kids, this sales girl straight away says NO. Very rude and very bad. Then i need to find by myself, and found the size that i want.

2 months agoLousy Mall facilities… Baby stroller was spoiled and Staff have another one but mention just for Baby below 1yo. Only 1 stroller available

2 months agoEverything else is fine, but they really need more staff for parking management. Traffic to enter the mall is a nightmare, and even cars not heading there get stuck. Guards on-site aren’t helpful either. No monitoring in the parking area—what’s the point of having designated EV parking if no one enforces it? Might as well not have it at all.

9 months agoPlease take note on the barrier gate if using debit card to scan, please long hold and double check and check if it’s open especially driving high cars like 4 by 4. To further explain, we had touched the barrier gate with debit card. Payment showed successful , but barrier gate did not open , hence we did not see the barrier gate was still in front and just slightly banked the gate . So we went to Management , he directly just say please pay rm 800 no explanation given attach the photo below the guy who was very ill mannered . He seems to like to see us gotten in trouble , and we ask to negotiate on the rm 800 for a barrier gate , he said oh tak pa tak pa kita pergi tengok you pandai you pergi repair sendiri la ! Ohh wow I asked him can you speak nicely ? He said oh tak boleh tak boleh . East coast mall, I have always frequently visit this mall on daily basis , after today I don’t think so.
