7 months agoGood and excellent service. My room having bad & weird noise from aircond and indoor lock also missing. the help desk hotel was so helpful and changing our rooms to another. thank you for prompt services

a year agoThe room is old and a little bit smell because of the carpet. The furniture is old until the wardrobe door cannot close the cleanliness and maintenance of room need to be improved. Most importantly, the room sound insulation system is very poor (the car noise is super disturbing even in the midnight) and hardly sleep! The front desk is not very professional too. Overall the staying experience is really unsatisfied. Not worth the price where u can find other better option with a lower price out there. Hopefully my review helps and hope the hotel management would make some improvement on it.

10 months agoRoom clearly facing the road and noisy. U can’t sleep because always shocked by people spoke and open the door. I checked in at 8 a.m and supposed check out at 4p.m. But literally they asked me to leave after 3 p.m by knocking our door and not even asking politely why my check out time is 4 pm.. and the front desk people doesn’t even apologize when I asked them about it. I am so done with this hotel.

9 months agoIf you are looking for quiet nite, this place is not recommended at all. As is near the roadside The rooms are clean but smell terrible Fire detectors go on every 5 minutes

3 years agoThe hotel looked like an old dirty building from outside, but you’ll be amazed with the inside. It’s clean, welcoming & looks good. The two ladies at front desk upon checking in were nice. The room was clean, spacious & comfortable. We were happy with our room & facilities provided in the room. The off putting part for me was the male staff during check out, he didn’t say a word, came off a bit harsh. Maybe he was having a bad morning? At 6.30am? Other than his behaviour, everything was really good. Would definitely choose to stay here the next time we visit Kuantan.
