a month agolove it for being here. the rooms are spacious, clean and luxury.also can afford big family. the environment so healthy,the staffs very friendly. many choices of pool,kids enjoy it! the foods also tasty and varieties. great value to your money i promise!

a week agoRamadan buffet is not so good. The clock is not yet 8.30pm but the staff is already clean & remove table cover. Like forcing the customer to leave the hall. The foods table also be cleared early, no food refill. After maghrib prayer, we cannot continue enjoying the food. Not worth it!

4 months agoRoom is big and spacious. The initial room 336 given to us was not in a good condition but managed to changed to a better one room 333 without hassle. Buffet breakfast was tasty with lots of foods varieties. The lemon cheese cake at the lobby cafe was tasty. they offered 50% off of all cakes after 6pm. Room service was awesome too.. they were able to custom made my order since it's not in the menu. price is affordable too. There's also Berjaya Mall just few steps away from the hotel. Surprisingly there's a mini museum at the hotel lobby displaying the history of Kuantan and Pahang state. Overall experience was awesome.

a month agoOur family had a fantastic dining experience at the Grand DarulMakmur Hotel restaurant during the Chinese New Year. The ambiance was elegant and relaxing, making it perfect for both casual and special occasions. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was well-prepared, fresh, and full of flavor. I especially loved the grouper fish in Nyonya sauce, claypot pumpkin and brinjal which was cooked to perfection. The staff was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our meal. They were quick to accommodate special requests and ensured we had a wonderful experience. Parking is kinda limited, so be early to avoid the peak time or park at the mall across and walk over.

5 months agoOld, but well maintained hotel in the city. Room are huge, clean and always a favorite for my family. Breakfast buffet is good. Parking is almost always full in front of the hotel during weekend. The old mall, Berjaya Megamall is next door. You can go through a back door to quickly get into the Mall.
