Transformasi Jalan Besar Kuantan: Mural Seni Menghidupkan Semula Warisan Bandar

5 months agoWhat a place. This is the second time I have visited kuatan and the first time I saw these beautiful paintings on the wall. I like the 3D Paintings on Art street walls. When I was moving on the street it gave me a very pleasant feeling. Also some people I saw there keep on cleaning the surroundings and making the wall more attractive. It was awarded in 2022 for its excellence. Highly Recommended 👍👍👍

6 months agoSpend some time to visit this street art in the town centre .. better to come before sunset or early morning to avoid the direct sun and heat. Quite a numbers of good 3D art from the artist and one can download their app to view the effects of 3D popping up on your screen. Parking not a problem during my weekend visit here.

6 months agoOur bus was scheduled to depart at 12:30pm, we had a few hours before that to play with in Kuantan area. We did like wall arts we saw in New York, Lisbon, and Penang. So we got interested in this art street as well. We arrived there around 10am, which was a lucky timing because our shadow is short and the photos turned out very realistic and we seemed blended in pretty well with each work. I loved the artists’ imagination here. Not only paintings themselves, but also they specified the spot where cameramen should stand by painting footprints on the ground. They also used actual stuff to make it look more 3D such as chairs, tubes on the wall, baskets, boats and etc. If you like illusional photo shoots as a hobby, I think this place is really fun. There is the Kuantan tower nearby. We saw very old phone booth in the area. A lot of cafe and restaurants are nearby, so even in a super hot day, you should be able to manage yourself not to get overheated. I think this is a very considerate tourist site, so we can easily focus on “having fun” part.

4 months agoVery pleasant to walk after our dinner as it was cloudy the whole day so not hot at night. Place well maintained and walkable. Even wheel chair accessible.
