a week agoThe evening river cruise experience was truly wonderful. Both my elderly parents and teen boys enjoyed the cruise. The tour guide, Mr Zainal, was engaging, informative and entertaining. He was also a good sport to let my special son try steering the boat for a few minutes which I am pretty sure left a lifetime of sweet memories for my son. His patience in trying to spot crocodiles for us to see and cheerful nature made the river cruising truly fun and simply awesome. As a tourist, I highly recommend this cruise operator for you to embark your river cruise journey with. 💫👍

a month agoWent on it on labour day with a group of youngsters. To have the best experience, it's better to call them instead of straightaway going at the jetty. They'll tell you if there's a slot for you cuz it is group basis that requires a certain quorum. The driver was so engaging. Although we didn't find any big crocodiles but we all enjoyed the fun facts and ride up until South China Sea. Snacks, fruits and drinks were available in the ship. The surprising twist was the ladies get to learn how to steer the boat hehe. For Rm99, it's truly a one of a kind experience. Totally recommended! 👌

4 months agoI had an amazing experience on the river cruise! The guide was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also kept the entire journey entertaining with interesting facts and stories. The scenery was beautiful, and the guide’s passion for the area truly made it special. I highly recommend this cruise to any tourist visiting Kuantan. It’s a great way to explore the area and learn more about its history and nature. Definitely a must-try!

6 months agoFirst and foremost, the lady managing the booking and information is really doing her job well. She ensure that we are informed properly on the package available and will request to us alternative like if we would like to join a family etc. Pricing is RM316 (2 adults 2 kids) joining with 2 other families for almost 3hr ride. The captain is well knowledgeable and very entertaining. THUMBS UP!

5 months agoGreat experience from the beginning. Service staff at the counter was friendly & welcoming. Captain Zainal (hope got his name right) was friendly, skillful & knowledgeable about the crocs, the boats & the river area. Food & drinks prepared on board. There's even some quizzes with prizes to be won but only for women!!! Men can't handle the prizes he said. Truly enjoyable & informative cruise.
