in the last weekThe building have english classical structure, with white exterior. most couples took wedding pictures there. The ticket fee is only RM10 as there are only few showrooms available but the rate is expected to increase once the other showrooms finished their renovations. You can pay through cash or QR, There are plenty of parking space. Do note that break time starts from 12.30pm to 2.30pm, we arrived at 12.00pm but still was not allowed to enter. There's Luth cafe opposite of the museum where you can chill while waiting for the museum to open. If you have a baby, use baby carrier instead of stroller since there are stairs. We had a great experience here, there was not many people making it feel like a personal art gallery, every showroom have a seating space to take in the vibe. Worth it 👍🏻 kudos to the mgmt, just wish to add more pieces in the showroom

a month agoA MUST to visit if you're in the city of Kuantan! Worth to visit especially if you love arts & photogenic. Ada banyakk artworks there and each room got some spots to take picture. The building itself is classic and very nice 👍🏻 There's library & Luth cafe opposite of the museum. Price for tickets was RM10/adult. If you're travelling with a baby, pls use baby carrier instead of stroller as there's stairs to go up.

8 months agoWent here in early July. More than half of the exhibition rooms are closed. There are 3 rooms with old music instruments display, which is great but they lack explanation and the history behind it. There's also a room with guitar collection which I enjoyed. Overall, a few parts of the museum are instagrammable, but that's not the reason why you should visit a museum. With nothing much to show, I genuinely feel RM10 for the entry ticket is a rip-off.

a year agoThe museum is in a beautifully restored colonial-era mansion from 1910, worth visiting for its own sake. The exhibits are good and nicely presented. Some parts were not publicly available due to new exhibitions being prepared.
