2 months agoFrom the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay; whether it was the fresh towels in my room or the staff remembering my name, they truly made an effort to create a personal experience. The team was always available to answer questions and provide recommendations, enhancing my overall experience. I was particularly impressed by the banquet staff during breakfast, who always treats me with a smile. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. I can confidently say that the hospitality I received was one of the best aspects of my visit and is a huge reason I would recommend Sri Manja Boutique Hotel to others. Overall, my stay exceeded my expectations, and I'm looking forward to returning soon!

2 months agoThe room was clean, air conditioning worked well, and the stay was comfortable. Staff were great—well-trained and professional. Location was a plus, with plenty of attractions nearby. Minus one star for breakfast, though. Food options were limited, and I regretted getting the room with breakfast included. Should’ve just booked a regular room and eaten elsewhere.

2 months agoWe booked the family deluxe room, it was spacious, clean, toilet also clean, no funny smell. Breakfast included- nice and fulfilling bufet style Staffs were super nice and helpful. Near to a mall, easy to find food and basic amenities. All within walking distance. Will definitely book this hotel again if we ever come to kuantan again.

2 months agoThe hotel in a good location with the most famous food is available nearby. Room ok but not provided with teeth paste. Breakfast is ok but still needs to improve in taste. Only area swimming pools need to be improved which provide enough chair for parents and decorations will attract tourist.

5 months agoI booked a family deluxe room, but was disappointed to find toiletries and everything provided only for two people. The entire hotel had an unpleasant smell, from the lobby to the basement, which was hard to ignore. Facilities were minimal, though it’s not a shoplot hotel. The one positive aspect was the friendly and efficient staff, who did their best to accommodate us. Not recommend for those need a good stay.
