The view is superb. Prices are reasonable. There are few areas of improvement Swimming pool area lots of damages flooring and might cause tripping Hazzard seems quiet sometime yet to repairs. Room ceiling fan speed not adjustable. Checked with counter . I have no choice but to turn it off.

Had a splendid family vacation - 2 adults, 3 children under the aged of 8. room was huge (that's a plus point, really). The pool is great for the kids too. Location wise: Splendid! Breakfast: Okay.. Parking: plenty and convenient not so great (but not really an issue to us): - no enforcement on the correct pool attire - elevators was slow

Bad experience with the room on level 15. The air conditioning made a loud leaking sound, similar to an open water pipe. It was so noisy that we couldn’t sleep for two nights. We almost changed hotels, but considering the RM250++ per night rate, it felt like a waste of money. On the first night, we requested a room change, but they only sent a technician to check the air conditioner. The noise stopped for the first five minutes after the technician arrived, but it came back every time we turned the air conditioner on. When we asked to change rooms, they seemed reluctant to accommodate us. Even though the room had a great view, the air conditioning noise was extremely annoying—it sounded just like a leaking water pipe. I even recorded a video of the noise, but unfortunately, I can’t upload it. On top of that, there was no mention anywhere on the booking site, that the kids’ swimming pool was closed for repairs. Another huge disappointment. We brought our toddler along, and you can imagine the tantrum when they saw the pool but weren’t allowed to swim. So frustrating to deal with, especially when things were already falling apart. Thankfully, the staff were very friendly, but the room and overall experience were definitely not worth the price. So disappointed...

The atmosphere is quite peaceful, making it a perfect retreat. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options, and the price for the stay was very reasonable. However, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. First, the swimming pool lacks a dress code, which led to some guests wearing regular clothes, making the water less than clean. Additionally, the property isn’t very accessible for those with mobility issues, as there are several steps to navigate. Overall, this condo hotel offers a great experience with beautiful views and a relaxing environment, but addressing the pool dress code and accessibility would enhance the stay even further.

Excellent. I took a seaside studio and there was nothing to complain about. Only downside is its location. From map it looks like it's located beach side. But no, it's just swampy waters with low tide in the afternoon and evening, so basically it doesn't look attractive and there's nothing much to do.
