    Great services provided by the staff. Smooth check-in. The room offer plenty of space for 2, completed with separate bathtub and shower. Breakfast selection has plenty of choices from western to oriental with enough tables and space to sit.

    VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE! 1. Slow service When I first check-in I found out the cold water at sink is not working and called front desk, but only to find out 20 minutes and 3 calls later that the technician will come after dinner. Wasted 20 minutes of waiting. Then I called them to fix again at 9pm when I returned to hotel, they finally sent technician but problem can’t be fix after 45mins. Request to change room but the front desk won’t let me to until technician fix the problem but I ALREADY WAITED FOR ALMOST ONE HOUR. End up technician can’t fix it and finally got the room changed. It’s already 10pm. 2. Breakfast is BAD. Flys on fruits, egg station has no people to serve, and other food are no properly refilled. Only one chicken dish was my only option for meat. 3. Poor hospitality A 5-star hotel doesn’t even give mineral water for free? Only get 2 bottles and I need to pay RM4 per bottle if I request more. You are charging RM330 per night and can’t give mineral water for free. Unacceptable for me. 4. Cleanliness Molds on the bathroom tiles. Smelly pillow. NOT RECOMMENDED WOULD NOT COME BACK AGAIN

    A hotel that does not live up to its name. A disappointment with the room quality below par considering it being a 5 star hotel. It is worth to know that my opinion will differ greatly if it is labelled as a 3 star hotel (probably shrugging all issues aside). Toilet was not in good condition (dim lights, and mold) and the smell of the room was musky. A ball of curly hair was found by the door upon entering for the first time. Not a good start to the stay and I decided to change the room for the aforementioned reasons. Explained to the receptionist and requested for a change of room but they stated I have to pay a certain cleaning fees as I have used the toilet. Because of that, I was eager to check out a day early as the room quality was disturbing. I complained and the manager subsequently came to the room promptly, providing an alternative room which was slightly better in comparison: the smell and apparent mold. All of the others, remained the same. All in all, do consider 4 star hotel near the area for a pleasant stay.

    Booked with Agoda as the membership website is down to register and to earn points as the 1st timer. I paid for one of the highest room rates for 2 nights and my expectation for a 5 star hotel was only DISAPPOINTMENT. ** So much to say here, but those who has been given low rate to this hotel KNEW what I am talking about!! The other concern is about safety. I was staying at 18th floor, I was suprised as there was no cctv at the lift area??? Only at the alley. What if something happened at the lift area??? Another issue was, some of the lifts allowed other guests to simply access other guests'floors which were not permitted by any other 5 star hotels with proper access keys. One thing for sure, your facility may reach to 5 stars, but there are things that you have overlooked and get away with it. Your services is way FAR from 5 stars! Your management should do something about it.

    The hotel n service is fine. Jus that the parking systems is very incontinent. Per entry I need to go to reception to validate for exit. Why is it not valid for the period of my stay 1 or 2 or 3 days. .why evey time I need to go validate.
